Had my first meal (steak, sweet potatoes, and green beans) and it was delicious and filling. It was easy to come home from the gym, pop it in the microwave and have a great healthy dinner. The staff was quick and friendly. Definitely will be ordering again and again 👍 …

I ordered the Block buffalo chicken just to try and EVERYTHING was cooked and seasoned to PERFECTION! The food wasn’t too spicy, or salty as prepared food can usually be. The portion size was surprisingly filling. Looking at the box, I didn’t think it would fill me up but I struggled to finish the entire box! Definitely A LOT of bang for your buck!

I love them so much I first started using them back in 2017 and will use them again once settled into my new home. Very affordable and the customer service is awesome. Pete is an amazing person and if they are out of something they contact you to substitute. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for meal prep or just trying to maintain a certain weight. They are very professional and clean working environment!

I wanted a meal prep service that was affordable, high quality, convenient, and healthy. They have delivered on all fronts. The food is very high quality and tastes delicious. They also offer enough variety that nothing gets old or mundane. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery has been reliable and professionally packaged. I am now ordering basically almost all of my lunches and dinners for the week through them because I have been so impressed. It has allowed me to keep track of detailed nutritional information (including macros), and they offer so many different options even within each meal to personalize it to my needs. I also like that I am helping a local business instead of some online one. The prices are actually less than other online options and all the food always comes super fresh. I also like that there is no preparation involved on my part, but everything is real food and not highly processed (like most microwavable meals). It comes in a nice microwavable container and is done in around 2-3 minutes. I can also put it in the oven if I have more time to heat it up. This service makes it much easier to follow a diet plan while still eating nutritious and delicious food. The meals are also perfect size and can be customizable to fit my caloric needs as well as the macros that I am trying to reach each day. They are filling, and I do not find myself being hungry after each meal (like other meal services I have tried). It feels like something that is much more sustainable and healthy than other things that I have tried. I have been recommending them to my friends and will continue to do so.

I’ve been ordering for a few weeks and everything has been great! I’ve tried quite a few other companies and Healthy Chew has the highest quality, consistently, and variety! The flavor is perfect it’s not too much of anything and I love that the calories are not crazy high in the meals but still full of flavor.

I cannot reccomend Healthy Chew enough! Every week I look forward to choosing my week's worth of lunches. The menu varies by week so it never gets boring. Every meal is customizable for your nutrition needs and absolutely delicious! Seriously, I've never gotten a meal I didn't like. Healthy Chew is the keystone of my dieting and fitness efforts. The ingredients are high quality and portion sizes are perfect. I'm not only losing weight but I also feel better and have so much more energy. In addition to the food being excellent, the owner and staff are always incredibly helpful and kind. This is an amazing place and I'm so thankful we have it here in Little Rock!

My fiancé and I love the food that Chef Pete puts out. Most recently we had the Korean BBQ. It was absolutely perfect😮‍💨🤌. From the sausage and meat, sweet and spicy sauce, perfectly seasoned green beans and the fluffy mashed potatoes, it was all amazing. I love the Breakfast bowls for in the morning. Great flavor and protein to start the day! We will definitely continue to get these meals.

Honestly so stinking good! Have been ordering for 2 for the past several months and my gut seems to be doing a lot better and I can def tell when I eat out instead of one of the meals I get a tummy ache! Also love the perks of being a HC member that you get at the Spa! Thank you a million times over!
